Have you engaged?

• Send your first message in Tandem’s Slack (welcome!)
• Fill out your Slack profile with full name, email, phone, and timezone
• Set your @thinktandem.io email address as the default in Gmail? (if more than one)
• Update your Drupal.org profile (opens new window) to connect with Tandem (opens new window) as a organization?
• Update your LinkedIn profile (opens new window) to associate with Tandem (opens new window)? (please!)

Have you dotted the i's and crossed the t's?

• Insert your W2 or W9 information into Gusto?
• Submit appropriate docs in PeopleKeep? (employees only)

Have you made made Tandem better?

• Submit a PR adding yourself to the Tandem website (opens new window)
• Submit a PR adding yourself to the Tandem depth chart (opens new window)
• If you cannot do either of the above then submit a task (opens new window) to get you added to either/both places.
• Using the company improvement process submit at least one (opens new window) suggested improvement to this handbook.
